FPS CONTINUOUS LEARNING PLAN

When: Tuesday, April 7th

Where: Picked up at each school in carline format. Schedule will be announced later this week.

What: Packet of suggested learning material for students developed my FPS teachers and staff

NO GRADES WILL BE NEGATIVELY IMPACTED – Some grades may be subject to improvement. FPS will focus on graduation and advancement credits/grades

How:   Equal Resources

               1. Paper/Pencil No internet - No Problem

               2. Virtual Same/similar content as Paper/Pencil

               3. Enrichment Projects, research, journaling, websites, educational TV programs & more

           Teacher Support -Email -Dojo, Seesaw, etc. -Phone Calls – Google Classroom & Others

Why: Prevent an “Extended Summer Slide” – We don’t want our students to lose the gains they have earned.

Parents:  FPS is not going to add more stress to an already stressful situation.  

We are creating a learning framework that is easy to implement and meets the State Department Education’s Distance Learning guidelines.

No grades will decrease. Our goal is to provide learning opportunities for our students. We are here to help you through the next 5 weeks!!!
