8:30     Arrive for seating (please do not be late)

9:00     Rehearsal begins

10:00   Officers meeting and scholarship selection

12:00    Lunch

1:15      Rehearsal begins

1:30      Directors Meeting

3:30      Rehearsal ends

Saturday, January 11

9:00      Rehearsal begins

9:30      Directors rehearsal

10:30    Directors pep band concert

10:45    Rehearsal resumes

12:00    Lunch

1:15      Call time/last rehearsal (arrive in concert attire)

2:00      Concert begins
